Use vegetable fat or oil for frying
INSTRUCTION
First take the boneless chicken and cut the chicken into slices according to the shawarma
In a large m bowl, take DrQ's OB or HDB Breading and slice of chicken in DrQ's Breading and mix slowly for one minute.
This chicken doesn't need any marination time
Now take this boneless slice of chicken in a calendar and apply a dip of cold water and keep the chicken in calendar for a while so that excess water remove.
Then take DrQ's OB or HDB Breading in a large bowl and take calendared wet chicken in DrQ's Breading bowl and mix well.
Take vegetable fat or oil in a frying pan and heat it to 180 C.
And fry the chicken slices well for 4 minutes.
Then remove the chicken from the oil and place on a paper towel
Now take the shawarma bread and heat it. After heating it, put chili garlic and shawarma sauce (mayonnaise) on it and put small iceberg leaves on it and then put our boneless fried chicken pieces on it. Place the ketchup and shawarma sauce (mayonnaise) over the chicken pieces and roll the shawarma bread like a roll with butter paper.
